③在电器控制系统中增加一组阻挡控制系统，目的为控制允许单工位在自动状态下可控制阻挡是否允许脱离自动控制状态。

6.控制按钮

①缓冲停止器控制按钮安装于线体二侧，设置不锈钢保护盒，防止盒体冲撞破裂。

7.插座系统

①装配线下方配有桔红色线槽。

②线体配有二插AC220V10A多功能插座每工位设置一组。插座电源盒提供110V、220V各一组插座，并且设置静电插头一组。

8.报警指示。

①线体两端设置三色警示灯，红色为停机状态，黄色为故障状态，绿色为工作状态。

②线体头中尾各设置3组急停按钮。

9.头尾升降台

①采用吊笼中间升降，保证升降面水平，不歪斜，免调整，无升降卡住之误。
